COST STRUCTURE
Prices are based on 40 paying participants per motor coach
 in quad occupancy (4 per room) accommodations
and are based on current fuel prices.

COMPLIMENTARY POLICY
Prices include one totally free teacher/sponsor/chaperone
per 20 paying participants.  Tour can be re-priced to meet
school's requirements of participant/chaperone ratio.

MAKING RESERVATIONS
After selecting a tour, the person responsible for
organizing the tour (group leader) should contact
Mayo Tours at 318-325-4581.  We will discuss the details
and provide the group leader with a written contract outlining
all agreements and conditions of the tour.  The group leader will
then sign the contract and return it to us, at which time we will make
all reservations and arrangements relative to the tour.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
Dates for initial deposits and all payments will be agreed upon and
included in the written contract.  Failure to meet deposit and payment
deadlines may result in the tour being cancelled or re-priced.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments will be completely refundable until the dates indicated
in the written contract.  Any exceptions or any amount of payments not
refundable, will also be stipulated in the written contract.
